- Is there a moral obligation to have a constitution?
- Constitutions can be born out of political and social upheaval. Can you find examples of when and where this may have happened?
- What is essential to include in a constitution?
- Who should have the power and authority to interpret the constitution?
- Do you feel that your constitution is important to you? Do you feel that the constitution in your country is held up with pride as a sacred document or is it not considered to be important or widely known?
